Malvern - Music Row Condo Project
This seven-unit condo building is a beautiful example of customized living in an urban setting. Malvern is located among the studios of Music Row and is walkable to many desirable spots and districts in midtown Nashville.
Malvern offers secured underground parking and each condo has ‘direct-to-unit’ elevator access.
Project Info
The units range in size from 2,100 sf – 3,800 sf, and offer a custom residential experience in the middle of Nashville. Malvern has been designed with classic materials like marble countertops and backsplashes, tambour wall paneling, European-style custom cabinetry, and large-format wall tiles.
This work was performed while Rachael was at Centric Architecture.
