A complicated jobsite in Nashville’s downtown core, the Cordell Hull building was completed in 2018. This 380,000 sf mid-century office building was completely renovated to house the Tennessee State Legislature. It includes offices for all legislators and large public hearing rooms.
Project Info
The project included a 500’ long tunnel to the State Capitol and a structured parking garage for the State Legislators, with a construction cost of $100,000,000.
