Capitol Connector Tunnel
This project connected the Cordell Hull Building to the State Capitol via a new 500’ long tunnel under Capitol Hill.
Project Info
This tunnel connected to existing elevators in the Capitol. These shafts were extended hundreds of feet into the bedrock to provide a fully accessible pathway for Legislators traveling between Cordell Hull and the Capitol.
This work was performed while Rachael was at Centric Architecture.
